Rates are currently $325 for five hours.
Note: Beginning January 1, 2009, rates will be increased to $425.
The five hours are usually split between a 1 1/2 hour rehearsal the evening before the
wedding, and 3 1/2 hours on the wedding day.

With the rental of the building, the Bride may also be entitled to the following services:

Services of an experienced wedding coordinator.

Services of a lower level assistant to assist the bridal party and to provide security of personal belongings during the ceremony.

Full use of the Landmark interior and grounds for photography.
|

• |
Use of the fully furnished basement for the bridal party preparation (Basement area is not available for receptions).

Use of Landmark candleholders, pew bow-clips and various other items often used in weddings.

The magnificent Kilgan pipe organ is available for use for all weddings. To protect and preserve it for future generations, Landmark policy requires that
the organ be played by a board-approved organist. A complete listing of these individuals will be provided to the prospective bride. |
Rental Information:
Seating capacity limited to 225.
A $50 deposit is required "up-front" to reserve the desired date and time.
Any remaining balance is due 90 days prior to the ceremony.
If for any reason you cancel your wedding, it must be 90 days before the scheduled wedding date for a refund of the balance paid on the account, minus a $25 administration fee.
If 90 days notice is not given, then the remaining balance/or full amount will not be returned.
When you book your wedding, we also require a separate payment of $100, held in abeyance with your file. This is considered a "security/cleaning deposit", and it will be returned after the wedding, provided it is not required for any excessive cleaning or damage repair made necessary by you or a member of your group.
If more than five hours are required for the rehearsal and service, an additional hour may be obtained for $50 in advance.
